What is next?

Our team is currently verifying your application;

Once your application is eligible and verified, ITCA notifies you to finalise the process & proceed with shipping of the regular application.

If your application is not accepted, you are going to receive a notification email for the reason in detail and your payment will be refunded..

If you have opted for the regular processing option of the hardcopy shipping application, your document will be shipped within 24-48 hours. If you chose fast processing, the document will be shipped within 12 hours from now.

If you applied for the printable softcopy version which you can print it yourself, then, your email will be sent in one or two working days unless you have paid for the one urgent working hour.

Then:

Please expect another email confirming that your International Driving Document has been processed and shipped. The email will contain tracking information for the shipment, except for the free International Shipping to Europe nither the soft copy application.

When should I expect it?

Once your ITCA IDP is shipped, you will receive an email with the shipment tracking code information, unless you have opted for Free International Shipping (regular post mail); no tracking information is available for this method.

8-10 working days to Asia

8-10 working days to the rest of the world

• International Express:

5-7 working days to Asia and Africa

4-6 working days to the rest of the world

I Have entered the wrong information, How can I amend it?

You must write to us ASAP no longer than 6 hours on our Whatsapp operation with all amendments to Help Desk with reference to your GRN or first and last name. This email is dedicated to amending the information.
