We use Google Analytics, a Web site analysis tool provided by Google.

  • the Act respecting the Global assurance guidelines.

Security software, policies, administrative policies and guidelines, together with training and awareness activities for our personnel ensure that information remains confidential.

Information may also be used for statistical, study, survey, audit or investigative purposes. For example, this index lists licensing and vehicle registration agents, municipal courts that send out notices of judgment, and departments and agencies that submit requests for information. Personal information may also be disclosed as part of administrative or legal agreements, management mandates or on an ad hoc basis.

Under the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information, you have certain rights:

  • information concerning you remains confidential
  • access to information concerning you and your personal information
  • correction of your personal information if it is incomplete, inaccurate or misleading, or if the collection, release or keeping of this information is not authorized by law
