In addition to your right to access administrative documents, the Act recognizes your right to access your personal information and to correct any file containing personal information about you if that information is inaccurate, incomplete or misleading, or if the collection, release or keeping of such information is not authorized by the Act.


If you would like to obtain information on your driving record or your pre-authorized debits, if you would like to receive a copy of your compensation file or if you would like to check the validity of a driver’s licence, use our online services or contact our call centre.
